Hmmm, what else. Work is good, I'm very busy. I'm working on a Student Grant application system for the Republic of Ireland, and a MS Word application for the Office of Naval Intelligence. The whole old english thing with the Ireland project is throwing me off since I keeping wanting to type organization insead of organisation, and Last Name instead of Surname. The differences are kinda funny. With the ONI project, we're going .NET, Microsoft's next big thing. I do get to learn a new language, C#, which makes things fun. Ramble, Ramble, Ramble.
I've decided to start playing soccer again. I'm very exited. Softball was fun, but it really was just a bunch of standing around. I kinda want to do more. Note, that I haven't played soccer since I was 10. My Dad was the coach. It was cool at the time, but now that I think back, how the hell did he get sucked into coaching a bunch of brats a sport that he didn't have a goddamn clue about? We did beat JCC, the best team in the league, even though none of us know what the hell a Jew was. But its not like I've been completely inactive during the past 17 years. I've seen my slew of sports, from Football to Rugby to Rowing to Drinking. Well OK, it was more like Football and Drinking to Rugby and Drinking to Rowing and Drinking to full blown Alcoholism. Anyway, my first game is tomorrow night, so I'll let you know how it goes. It's a Coed Recreational league, so it shouldn't be that hard. I'll have to keep you updated as to how I do.
On a sad note, Dirk and Carrine moved to St. Petersburg this week. Hills Ave won't be the same. Gone with them are the famous "Booty Lights". I just can't imagine that porch without them. Don't worry, they left behind the infamous "Booty Couch".
I really don't have much else to report. I promise I'll try to write more.
